A practice, not a platform.
Stravion exists because the consulting industry still sells fragments of a thing that was always whole. We were assembled to draw the whole.
The idea
Traditional consulting separates strategy, marketing, operations, technology, analytics, and execution into different practices — sometimes different firms. The institution is asked to reassemble what was taken apart. That assembly is where value leaks, and where strategy dies.
We believe business is one living system. Strategy shapes positioning. Positioning drives demand. Demand transforms operations. Operations create intelligence. Intelligence continuously improves strategy. The practice is built to work at that loop, not at a single point on it.
Human intelligence remains at the center. Technology is an instrument. We will not install a substitute for the people who already understand the work.
How we work
Concentrated. Senior. Finite.
We do not staff large teams to occupy a client. A small group of principals draws with the people who run the institution. The product is a system they can inhabit — not a recommendation they can file.
Engagements begin with the drawing of the whole, even when we are asked to enter through one room. If a brief cannot survive that standard, we decline it.
Principles
The rules the practice will not break.
People at the center
Judgment remains human. Technology is specified to multiply it. We will not install a substitute for the people who understand the work.
Nothing to hand off
If the work requires a handover from thinking to doing, it is not finished. Direction is complete when execution can inhabit it.
Instruments, not theatre
We design things that will be used on a Tuesday. Dashboards no one inhabits, and models no one trusts, are not intelligence.
Expensive, on purpose
The work is concentrated, senior, and finite. We are not a staff-augmentation firm and we will not become one.
The drawing is the product
What we leave behind is a system the institution can run, not a recommendation it can file.
The practice is assembled around the work, not a campus.
