We will not pretend a model is a partner. The institutions we work with already contain extraordinary judgment — in operators, principals, clinicians, makers. Amplification is the design of instruments that let that judgment travel: further, faster, with memory, without becoming generic.
The map of decisions that matter. The data those decisions deserve. The interfaces people will actually use. The automation that removes the work no one should be doing. AI, where it earns its place, is a quiet layer inside this architecture — never the headline, never the hero.
Instruments that are used produce intelligence. Intelligence that is trusted returns to strategy. Amplification is complete only when the people who do the work would not give the instruments back.
